This PR introduces suite-cli.
[]suite-cli is a nodejs based cli tool built with microservices-suite in mind.
[]suite-cli will enhance contribution since its platform agnostic supporting both Unix-like systems as well as Windows Os.
[]suite-cli will enhance development by automating repetitive and cumbersome tasks during development.
[]this tool also augments your development experience with a very elegant and minimalistic terminal UI and logs
