Get started

  1. Hand your admin the prerequisites checklist — and turn on transcript recording early; it is not retroactive.
  2. Follow the install guide. Import the .zip as-is — do not extract it.
  3. Run your first review.

What's in it

  • Review three kinds of asset — Copilot Studio agents in your environment, and declarative agents and skills uploaded as files.
  • Scored results — a grade and rolled-up score across every agent in a review, with per-agent scores and a risk-ranked findings list that cites its sources.
  • Architecture map — the components of an agent and the relationships between them.
  • Runtime analysis — errors, latency, and knowledge usage from your agents' conversation transcripts.
  • Agent Debugger — one conversation step by step, with execution flow, agent insights, a performance timeline, and estimated Copilot Credits.
  • Snapshots and progress — review again and track the score over time.
  • Reports — download results as PDF or JSON.
  • Setup — a one-time setup app and an in-app readiness checklist.
