[Suguestion] Would you consider to open source `torch_directml` and `torch_directml_native`?

The DirectML plugin for PyTorch is a great work. And I'm curious about the implementation. Also, there are several operators which are not fully implemented. It would be possible to find a work-around if the source code is available for public access.

Would you consider making them open source? Anyway, I thank you for the great work to get non-nvidia GPUs working for ML.

+1 on the ask for open sourcing the full implementation. Just realizing now that I can't run a patched version of pytorch because of dependencies in torch_directml_native.
