Merged PR 659: Polish pass on release notes

Changes include:
- Rephrased a few items.
- Added a few animated gifs.
- Added full list of changes.

### Improved hand menu activation using user gaze

The palm-up constraint has gained the _Require Gaze_ option to ensure the user is deliberately trying to use the constraint and help prevent false activations. This is particularly useful for world-locking hand menus as it prevents the menu from unintentionally re-attaching to the hand.

- `UUxtBoundsControlComponent` now allows constraints' configuration via the same mechanism as the _Manipulators_. This means that the same `UUxtTransformConstraint`-derived constraints can be used with bounds-controlled objects.
- `UUxtBoundsControlConfig` data assets are simplified, so they don't need to specify what each affordance does separately. Now corners scale, edges rotate and faces/center translate.
Manipulation constraints (i.e. derived from `UUxtTransformConstraint`) now also apply to manipulations performed via [bounds control](BoundsControl.md), making it easier to produce a consistent behavior when manipulating transforms.

#### Improved affordance selection via hand ray

Now:
Previously, bounding box affordances were only revealed when hovering directly over them or over the bounding box contents. This could make them difficult to select if the bounding box was not a tight fit. We now also reveal affordances when the ray hovers the box itself.

A new constraint to limit the minimum and maximum scale of an actor has been implemented.
A new constraint (`UxtMinMaxScaleConstraint`) to limit how much an actor can be scaled down or up via bounds control and manipulation components.
