Jakefile/repository filename case conflict

A file named bin/lib.scripthost.d.ts exists in the repository, but running jake && jake LKG places a file named bin/lib.scriptHost.d.ts . This is likely to cause issues for people working with case-insensitive filesystems that can’t figure out how to reconcile these two different/same files.
