To make customers that use operating systems not supported by .NET 8 aware of the fact that they will not receive updates after the .NET EoL date (November 2024), we need to notify them

  • dynamic net6.json file reading over http removed. We can update net8.json file if necessary, instead blocking users who doesn't access to githubstorage endpoint behind the proxy.
  • net 6 warning messages removed
  • checking upgrade from version 2 to 3 removed, since we don't add new changes into v2 anymore.

Hi could you please add Rocky 9 to the list of supported servers? RHEL 9 is in the lists so Rocky 9 should work fine. If it is not included, it could cause our entire setup to break.
