Keyvault setting

I had everything working properly and today after moving resources from one subscription to another, it messed up my keyvault. As a result, my webapp environments were not able to get keys, I overide them to load the app but issue is I can't use extentions anymore. it looks for keyvault.

How can i bring back keyvalue to its original, talking to environments, extentions etc?
