App password is checked in to the repo #1801
Description
Looks like an app password is checked in to the repo here:
libraries\botframework-connector\tests\test_auth.py(115, 142, 168, 208, 234, 259, 280)
The password should probably be changed and removed from the source code.
Python secrets can be stored in SdkPythonKeyVault.
