PromptFlow CLI included in AgentManager's tool catalog

Hi PromptFlow CLI maintainers — I've added PromptFlow CLI to AgentManager, an open-source CLI/TUI for discovering, installing and updating agent tools.

Builds, runs and evaluates prompt and tool workflows for agent applications. The entry uses ID promptflow, links back to this repository, and supports uv installation. The published package supports Python 3.9+; use Python 3.12 for current dependencies. Promptflow is a metapackage: expose its promptflow-devkit dependency executable with uv with_executables_from while retaining promptflow for inventory, upgrades and removal. Older AgentManager binaries need the ENGIN-4 uv metadata support. Configure flow dependencies, provider connections and optional promptflow-tools/Azure integrations separately; installation does not run a flow.

The addition is merged in PR #75 and available in catalog 1.0.89. Users can run:

agentmgr catalog refresh --force
agentmgr catalog show promptflow
