I keep getting this error: Error running command mssql.addObjectExplorer: command 'mssql.addObjectExplorer' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes mssql.addObjectExplorer.

How do I fix this?

This is generally an error that you might see when the extension fails to load. The versions listed in the issue appear out-of-date. Have you tried using a more recent version of the extension?

Could you check if you're seeing any exceptions from the extension in the Help->Developer Tools->Console? Or this issue could have some helpful troubleshooting tips #19412.

I removed all versions and downloaded again with the newest version, 1.34.0. However, I am still getting the error.
