Conda environment manager does not start kernel #859

The issue i have is that, I’ve installed Python via the extension, Visual Studio continues to report that Python is not installed.
It then says , "install python" and When i install Python, I followed the link to the Microsoft Store and installed it from there. However, every time I try to run code, it gets stuck on “Connecting to kernel,” and nothing executes. I’ve attempted to manually select the interpreter by entering the path to the Python installation, but that hasn’t resolved the issue either
I am using Anaconda as my environment manager, and I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Visual Studio and Anaconda, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
