I disabled the last 3 in a separate PR, there's a separate issue for that.

@DonJayamanne I don't see those disabled in the master branch. They also ran successfully in the last build.

The last 3 failures in the screenshot correspond to Python tests for news task, not the flaky FS test. Those are now fixed with #10221
