Add instructions for Organizational Users of Chocolatey

Enterprise Chocolatey users will want instructions on how to use these scripts but pull content from their internal package store

Speaking of - can you define "Enterprise" here? I see this and think, this is someone that has purchased a commercial product. However, there are massive internal deployments of open source Chocolatey with internal repositories. It's not required to have a commercial edition of Chocolatey to have multiple sources (and more importantly, to have removed the community repository). We even have a guide that walks open source users all the way up to commercial customers through the process of deploying Chocolatey for organizational use - https://chocolatey.org/docs/how-to-setup-offline-installation.

We tend to prefer "Organizational Users". Maybe this section could be renamed to "Using Chocolatey in your organization?" and then ask if they've removed the default community package repository source. If so, follow ___ instructions. Note though, you might be able to just add --source https://chocolatey.org/api/v2 to have the scripts all by default use the community repository.
