The error BlockingDetectionFound doesn't give me indication as to what is causing this issue. Is it possible to get more information?

I have run a Defender scan on the exe locally and nothing is reported.

The exe does not have a publisher, but we've been able to upload packages to winget in the past. Has something changed in the validation process?
