v3.0.7: feat(settings): Expand and standardize auto refresh duration setting
The auto refresh duration setting has been standardized to use hours consistently throughout the application and configuration, and the maximum duration has been expanded to 168 hours (7 days).
Detailed changes:
* Refactored `refreshInterval` property names in `first_run_frontend/src/App.tsx` configuration schema, initial state, and UI controls to `autoRefreshDuration`.
* Updated the configuration schema validation and UI limits in `first_run_frontend/src/App.tsx` to reflect the new range of 1 to 168 hours (7 days), replacing the previous 1 to 100 hour limit.
* In `app_frontend/src/SettingsDialog.tsx`:
* The initial state for `autoRefreshDuration` was changed from 3600 seconds to 1 hour.
* Duration handling and formatting functions were adjusted to work exclusively with hours.
* The range slider input limits were updated from granular seconds (3600 min, 86400 max, step 3600) to hours (1 min, 168 max, step 1).
* The explanatory text was updated to reference the new 1-168 hour range.
* In Rust configuration (`src/config.rs`):
* The default `auto_refresh_duration` was changed from 3600 (seconds) to 1 (hour).
* Validation logic was added to clamp `auto_refresh_duration` between 1 and 168 hours when settings are updated.
* In the server implementation (`src/cmd/serve.rs`):
* Clarification added that `auto_refresh_duration` is stored in hours.
* The calculation for setting the periodic processor tick interval was updated to consistently convert the duration in hours to seconds by multiplying by 3600.
* Logging output was enhanced to show the auto-refresh interval in both hours and computed seconds.
