v0.4.1 - Real Project Validation

This patch release adds a real-project validation layer to AgentDesk.

Added

  • Real project validation documentation
  • Runnable realistic project fixtures
  • Integration tests for:
    • clean Python CLI project
    • broken tests project
    • missing README project
    • dirty git / out-of-scope edits
    • conflict guard blocking
    • handover output
  • Pytest fixture exclusion via norecursedirs = ["fixtures"]

Validation

  • 114 tests passing
  • No production agentdesk/ modules changed for the validation layer
  • No external dependencies added
  • Deterministic validation fixtures
