OpenMausBot 0.1.126

This release makes MausBot Cloud answer sooner after it wakes, makes engines you install on a Cloud work again, and adds a usage meter so you see a plan limit coming. Teams get bot owners and a Chief of Staff for each person. Update to get it. There is nothing else to do.

New

• See your Cloud usage before you run out. When any allowance on your MausBot Cloud plan reaches 80%, a small card shows above your name in the sidebar.
  • It shows how much you've used, and when it starts over.
  • Upgrade moves you to a bigger plan. Hide for now hides it until you reach 100% or the month starts over.
  • Settings → General → MausBot Cloud usage always shows every allowance: desktop hours, voice, decisions, research and storage. (#3421)
• Your inbox sorts itself on every engine. The Chief's Keep an eye on my day now sorts new email on Codex, Grok, OpenCode and the others too, not only on Claude, and without using an AI turn.
  • Bots can also decide and extract, with two small helper models that pull values out of text or pictures and answer yes/no questions.
  • If you have no key for them, the app suggests adding a free one once. You can skip it. Settings → Decision and extraction has the details. (#3385)

Teams

These arrive once your team's Cloud is on this version, which happens on its own.

• Every bot reports to someone. A bot's questions, approvals and results go to the person it reports to. Their face shows at the end of the bot's row. Click it to hand the bot to someone else.
  • Needs you at the top of the sidebar lists what bots are asking you. It shows only when something is waiting.
  • Each person can have their own Chief of Staff. It looks after only the bots that report to them, and their brief stays in their private chat. (#3376)
• Who reports to whom. The Team map has a new view with one column per person. Drag a bot onto someone to change who it reports to. (#3377)
• Private chats stay private inside the engines too. Each person's chats with the team's bots keep their engine history apart from everyone else's. (#3381)

MausBot Cloud

• Answers sooner after it wakes. A sleeping Cloud is ready a few seconds faster. A message waits only for its own bot's engine, not for every engine to be checked. (#3409, #3420, #3422)
• Engines you installed on a Cloud work again. OpenCode, Grok, Kimi, Antigravity, Cursor and others that you added yourself could fail every turn. They run normally now. (#3415)
• OpenCode uses the keys you saved. NanoGPT and OpenCode Go keys reach OpenCode. If a model can't take so many tools, the bot retries quietly with fewer, and says so plainly if it still can't. (#3434)
• Checks keep running while a Cloud sleeps. A sleeping Cloud wakes at least once an hour for inbox and other checks. (#3414)
• A Cloud that moves to a new machine starts cleanly instead of failing to start. (#3411)

Fixes

• Claude no longer shows as "not found" for a while after a restart or wake. (#3420)
• Pictures you send reach Codex, and a quick model your account refuses falls back to one it accepts. (#3403)
• Codex on a ChatGPT account no longer uses a small model that account refuses for background work like titles. (#3417)
• A message that's too big for your provider is sent again, smaller, instead of failing. (#3418)
• Question and approval cards no longer expire. Thanks to @NatanPimentel. (#3402)

OpenMausBot updates itself. If it doesn't, download the installer for your system below and install it over the old one. Your bots and chats are kept. MausBot Clouds move to this version on their own.
