What's new in 0.1.136

New

  • What's new, in one popup. Once after this update: the new MausBot Cloud, and Team mode's shared bots. Each card has a button to try it.

  • Share a bot with your team, bot by bot. From a bot's Share button, choose who can view it, chat with it or edit it. A teammate without access can ask for it in one tap.

  • Everything in your language. Run and routine notices, connect prompts, notifications, room lines, and teammates' hand-offs and results now come in each person's language.

  • Faster first answers on long conversations. A long conversation is summarized while it sits idle, so your next message gets an answer sooner.

  • Bug reports you can follow. After you report something with @devs, you can see where it stands, and you're told once when it's fixed.

  • Your bots in two places. When some bots live on this computer and others on your server or Cloud, MausBot offers to bring them together. A bot can say where another bot lives and how to reach it.

  • A title bar that says where you are. The window's top bar shows the place you're in, with the update arrow and Settings at its right. The bar, the rail of places and the sidebar share one colour taken from the app's own, and your chat sits in a rounded card beside them.

  • Crisper places. The rail's square tiles are even on every side, and the selected place is marked at the rail's edge.

  • Prefer the classic look? Settings → Appearance → Window frame turns the new frame off.

Easier

  • Drag the sidebar to its avatars. Drag the chat sidebar's edge narrow and it folds to avatars; drag it wider and it opens back. The collapse button and the Sidebar density setting are gone.

  • Just do it means just do it. In Just do it mode, a bot doesn't stop to ask you along the way, and a question it does ask never goes stale.

  • Your message never waits. A message you send isn't held up behind a long tool call.

  • People before bots. In a shared workspace, @name reaches the person with that name, even when a bot has a similar name.

  • Connected apps first. When an app you've connected can do the job, your bot uses it before opening a browser or your screen.

  • Teammates and their Chief, in step. When a teammate stops on a question, the Chief's reply answers it and the work carries on. A correction from the Chief reaches a teammate's job while it runs, and the Chief can send to a thread it opened earlier.

  • Every thread gets the bot's settings. A bot's Claude settings (hooks, plugins, permissions) apply in every one of its threads, and its threads move to its working folder once it has one. Bot instructions can be up to 4,000 characters.

Fixes

  • MCP servers. Test in Settings reaches a server the same way your bots do. A server you save turned off says so, and its switch doesn't flip straight back.
  • App tools. A bot's call to an app fits what the app expects, and a refused call says how to try again.
  • Research tools are offered only where research works.
  • Team members are never told to ask an admin when they are the owner.
  • Hooks fire from inside the bot box on a Cloud.
  • Unread messages: the "new messages" marker ends before your next message.
  • Cards beside the rail. Notices, the update card and the Cloud setup card at the bottom left no longer slide under the rail of places.
  • The window frame on an older Cloud page. The traffic lights move into the top bar only when the page beside the rail draws it.
  • Kimi on a Cloud. Install Kimi and sign in from Settings; no terminal needed.
  • Settings from the app menu opens on a remote server's page too.
  • Rooms. A room turn waits for a running tool instead of stopping at its limit.
  • Pinned pages. A page that refuses to be framed says so, with Open in browser.
  • Lent computers. An update keeps the terminal a Cloud had, and a room bot can ask for it. A command on a lent computer returns its output when it hits its limit, and may run up to 15 minutes.
  • Cursor. The model picker lists every model the session offers.
  • Steadier tests.
