@davidanthoff various TODO items for the registry that I'll do this weekend ...

• Update the Mimi tutorials - ready for review
• PAGE2009
• RICE2010
• DICE2010
• DICE2013
• FUND
• tag all of these updates and then update Mimi registry to reflect that change

Other:

• make sure the tests for PAGE and RICE are running properly
• dependency tests for Mimi - Update dependency paths #433 done just waiting for packages to be tagged
• post an update a forum
