@ckingdon95 can you approve this? It's just some little changes and then we can tag a new version of Mimi as @davidanthoff suggested just so the docs (especially how to guide on porting) are clean?

@davidanthoff can you approve this and tag a new version? It makes various improvements and fixes to the documentation, and tagging it will be needed to get it into the hands of the users.
