⚠️ BREAKING: All Actions and Workflows Have Been Removed - Do Not Update to This Version

Back in January 2025, there was an announcement in the #github-community Slack Channel that announced the decommissioning of the actions and workflows within this repository 🔥 📣

👀 Why Remove Centralised Actions?

• Teams want to develop and deploy actions using tools and structure they are familiar with and not have to conform to a single standard; which either leads to teams creating actions using tools and structures they struggle to maintain and support in the long term, or we have a disperate set of tooling in the repository that is difficult for any individual to maintain ⚖️
• A single repository for actions scales badly as every release for every minor change in any single action triggers a dependency bump in all dependent systems. This causes a lot of noise and work with no benifits 🙉
• It becomes unclear who is actually responsible for maintaining the code inside the repository and it's difficult for code owners to actually maintain it as it doesn't fit into their normal workflow
• Teams owning and operating their own actions allows teams autonomy is how they design, develop and maintain their actions - allowing them to make quick and effective decisions in how to develop, release cycles that work for them and structures that they find easier to maintain and is adapted to their ways of working. Overall, code owned by teams is far better looked after and maintained.

If you use any reusable action/workflow in this repository, you will need to take some action. You can:

• Check the Repositories Hosting Reusable Actions & Workflows, as a team may already have another solution to meet your existing needs 🤝
• Migrate the action/workflow code into your own repository ♻️ and feel free to update this repository with its new home so others can benefit! ❤️
• Pin your dependencies to last working version 📌 Only the latest v19.0.0 of this repository will have the actions/workflows removed 🔥 So pinning to an older version will ensure your actions/workflows don't break while you plan to migrate away ♻️
