fix(release): publish flowjet 2.0.5

Bump version 2.0.3 -> 2.0.5 with the unreleased changes.

2.0.4 was uploaded to PyPI on 2026-09-19 without a changelog entry or tag; its
content (the fj -V startup fix) is documented retroactively here.

2.0.5:

• Config moved off ~/.soothe: FLOWJET_HOME is now the authority for the config
  file ($FLOWJET_HOME/config/nano.yml). SOOTHE_HOME still owns CLI data, logs,
  agents, plugins and the sqlite databases. An existing ~/.soothe/config is
  copied into $FLOWJET_HOME/config/ once, leaving the originals in place.
• fj setup no longer aborts when the LLM endpoint is unreachable: it warns,
  falls back to the models already saved for the selected provider or a typed
  model id, and still writes the provider and router profile.

2.0.4 (backfilled):

• fj -V is instant (1.78s -> 0.06s) by deferring the soothe_nano imports.
