No IDs, statuses, or content changed; live references across rules files, benchmarks, wiki, and code docstrings rewritten, while archived IGs and past CHANGELOG entries keep their historical paths.

Fixed

  • Restore the docs/changelogs/ landing page deleted during the spec partition, so the GitHub Pages build verification passes again and the "Versioned Changelogs" nav link resolves.
