OpenCode v2 is now the default npm release. Add "plugins": ["opencode-queue"] to the OpenCode configuration and restart.

Updates the README and release settings. The queue implementation is unchanged from 2.0.0. Requires OpenCode v2, 2.0.27 or newer.

For OpenCode v1, use the v1 release line with opencode-queue@opencode1.
