The Feeds screens were way out of date, I brought them up to version 2.4.137 here: #225

I suggest reopening this. I tagged this issue in my pull request for managing feeds because that chapter is mentioned here, but by no means did my little PR address all the improvements that are needed!

General layout should be relatively okay with my latest PR as well. Maybe it makes sense to split this issue into multiple otherwise it might become a never ending story (scope is pretty much everything in terms of content).
