Fixed bug

Changing resume while a lesson is running no longer drops the running lesson's next save. The attribute is documented as taking effect on the next load; the save handler now follows the mode the current load started with, for the frame's URL, the state handed to it, and the stamping of early saves on hosts without Range. Reported and first fixed by @Sinkleberg in #1; follow-up in #2. No API changes.
