libraries="pack" replaces the H5P hub

For a package exported without its libraries, as h5p.com and h5p.org do by default:

<h5p-player src="stripped.h5p" libraries="pack"></h5p-player>

pack is @missing-elements/h5p-libraries,
the H5P hub's runtime libraries for every content type it serves, in one bundle on jsDelivr. Each
player release pins one version of it; 0.6.0 pins 0.1.1, built from the hub's current catalogue
(Interactive Video 1.28, Question Set 1.21, Course Presentation 1.27, and H5P.Components). The
pack is rebuilt from the hub weekly and released with the player.

libraries="hub" now means pack. The element no longer contacts api.h5p.org. H5P Group
moved the hub to a new host that sends no CORS headers, so browsers cannot read it, and the old
host serves a catalogue from October 2025, too old for current exports. Pages that set hub keep
working, with a note in the console. pack hub fetches the bundle once.

What changes for a page:

  • Size: a hub bundle covered one content type, 0.5 to 3 MB; the pack is about 10 MB, downloaded
    once on first use and then cached and shared by every package.
  • Privacy: the request goes to jsDelivr instead of H5P Group. To keep it on your own hosting,
    serve libraries.h5p yourself and name that URL instead of pack, or before it.
  • Offline: unchanged. A bundle downloaded earlier is used when its source cannot be reached.

The progress event's fraction is now capped at 1: jsDelivr reports the length of a compressed
copy for ranged requests, so a bundle downloaded from it could report more than 1.

See Packages without libraries.

@missing-elements/h5p-embed 0.3.0

libraries=pack is the site's own copy of the pack, as before, or the element's copy on jsDelivr
for a site built with --no-libraries. libraries=hub means pack. --packages no longer looks
for https://api.h5p.org; list https://cdn.jsdelivr.net instead if a site without its own pack
should use pack. Requires player 0.6.

@missing-elements/h5p-verify 0.1.2

--libraries pack plays a package against the library pack; --libraries hub means the same.
