Several players of one package keep their own settings

@missing-elements/h5p-offline-player 0.9.0, @missing-elements/h5p-runtime 0.2.1, @missing-elements/h5p-libraries 0.2.0.

Two players showing the same package — on one page, or in two tabs — used to share what the last
one to load had asked for: trust mode, language, display options and the library bundle. A player
asked for French could show German, and a player with untrusted could be served the package's
own code if the same package played trusted elsewhere on the site. Each load now keeps its own
settings, and its frame's URLs name them. Nothing changes for a host; the cache and a learner's
saved state stay shared per package, as before.

Formulas, and two content types

  • The library pack carries H5P.MathDisplay. The player adds it to content whose text holds
    LaTeX, as the H5P plugins do, so a content-only export shows its formulas, offline too. A full
    export from a site that had MathDisplay lists it as a dependency and now plays untrusted.
  • AR Scavenger is in the pack. It was missing from the list the pack is built from.
  • IFrame Embedder shows the page a package carries, played trusted: H5P.getContentPath
    now answers the content's own folder. Untrusted it still cannot, by design.

The pack grows from 10 to 14 MB, 3 MB of it MathDisplay. To leave it out, build your own copy
without the ADDONS line in build-libraries.mjs.

Smaller changes

  • A package whose libraries ask, in their own library.json, for a version it does not carry
    is refused by name, and libraries supplies it; before, the runtime failed with "Unexpected
    end of JSON input". An old Impressive Presentation from h5p.org plays with the pack now.
  • save-interval: seconds between the saves resume makes, 10 by default. The H5P plugins
    use 30, which suits resume="host" with each save sent to a server.
  • The embed snippets allow microphone and camera beside fullscreen, for Audio Recorder,
    Speak the Words and AR Scavenger. A frame from another site gets neither unless the page
    allows it; check your own.

The three packages go together: the player pins the pack at 0.2.0. Runtime 0.2.0 still works
with player 0.9, without the IFrame Embedder fix. On a CDN, update both URLs:
h5p-offline-player@0.9.0 and h5p-runtime@0.2.1.

@missing-elements/h5p-embed 0.6.0 and @missing-elements/h5p-verify 0.1.4

The embed page requires player 0.9, runtime 0.2.1 and the pack 0.2.0, and the snippet it prints
allows the microphone and camera. Write and deploy your player domain again to get them there.
The verifier requires the same player and runtime, so its report follows the dependency check
and the IFrame Embedder fix.
