repo3 publishes itself and communicates with repo1 to update its version, push on github and repo1 with the help of publish.js, publishes itself.

How to run this repo?

This repo uses publish.js to update version and publish repo1, file found in .tracker folder. The whole process is automated and uses command npm run test to run it.
