is this the only thing needed?

5.15.3 has been released as open-source for some time now

Check your link again. Qt 5.15.3-6 have been released for some time, but you need a paid license to download them. We only support Qt binaries that are available at download.qt.io/online; the paid versions are not there.

That folder includes source code, not prebuilt binaries. Please read:

We only support Qt binaries that are available at download.qt.io/online

Adding support for the official_releases folder will take a lot more work than just modifying the combinations.json file.
