This package is a substitute for @commitlint/travis-cli, which runs commitlint on the commits in the PR but only functions on Travis.

It tests itself implicitly!

The initial revision of commitlint-jenkins.
Make the commitlint-jenkins project commitizen-friendly. Users of commitizen may use git cz instead
of git commit for easier commit convention onboarding and easier commit message construction!
Add semantic-release dependency and configuration.

Merging to look at semantic-release configuration (it only runs on master), but feel free to leave comments @jpdstan!
