The `--pr-only` flag lets us use a different mechanism such as `@mixmaxhq/semantic-commitlint` to lint commits in non-PR contexts.

This script provides credentials access to the script, so it can fetch the PR metadata and validate it as if it were a commit to support squash-merge workflows.
Previously the show command would also output the patch, and we'd run that through commitlint - it's not super problematic but it's definitely not correct either.
