Narjar 0.2.0 adds native Windows flat-cache support, online garbage collection, native Nix-store serving, read-through caching, and expanded operational metrics.

Windows binaries support local NTFS and require the x64 Visual C++ runtime. Upload clients and native Nix-store serving run on Linux and macOS. The README includes PowerShell installation and server commands.

Online GC supports age-based retention, protected roots, free-space targets, and scheduled policies through the NixOS module. Push timeouts now track network inactivity, and publication recovery cleans up completed rollbacks.

Downloads include the crate, a static x86-64 Linux binary, an x86-64 Windows MSVC binary, and SHA256SUMS. The NixOS module and Linux/macOS Nix packages are available from github:mjc/narjar/v0.2.0.
