v1.0.0 — Turkish (tr) language pack

First stable release of the community Turkish language pack for the
DeepSeek Harness Web UI.

Highlights

• 64 namespaces / 2,910 strings — 100% of the English UI copy shipped in
  DSH 0.2.1-rc.3 (commit be72761).
• Registers tr with an en fallback through ctx.locale.addLanguage and
  ctx.locale.register; the language appears in Settings → General →
  Language → Türkçe and the preference persists in cordis.patch.yml.
• <html lang> follows the active locale; English ↔ Turkish switching works
  live in both directions without a reload.
• Placeholders ({name} etc.), Markdown, separators and punctuation are
  preserved and validated against the English source (0 mismatches).
• Ships as an installable DSH bundle (dsh.bundle.patch) as well as a
  standalone client plugin; no app.asar changes and no rebuild.

Install

• Plugin market: add this index URL to Plugins → More → Discover:
  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mkfeyman/dsh-turkish-locale/main/market-index.json
  then install "Türkçe dil paketi". Requires Git for pnpm's git+https install.
• Manual: copy the package into a profile's node_modules and add the
  tr-locale row + locale.preference: tr to cordis.patch.yml
  (see the README).
