Maintenance release on the 1.x line (legacy-1 dist-tag — does not move npm latest, which stays on 2.x).

Fix

  • Case/culture-invariant action matching — verifyTrace/verify_trace no longer emit false unbounded_action violations when an AP-Trace action name differs only in case from the bounded action on the alignment card (e.g. Claude-Code's "Edit" vs a card's "edit"). Both action names are now case-folded before comparison, both SDKs (TS actionMatchesList, Python _action_component_matches). Backport of the fix on main (#138) to the 1.3.x maintenance line (#139).

Consumers

Resolves for anything pinned ^1.3.0 — notably the mnemom-platform observer. Published to npm under legacy-1 and to PyPI as 1.3.1.
