Dual Excel Library Support

• ClosedXML Integration: The library now supports both EPPlus and ClosedXML as Excel writing backends.
• Flexible Writer Selection: Report generation works seamlessly with either library, allowing you to choose the best fit for your environment or licensing requirements.
• Core Abstractions: Core interfaces and shared logic are provided in Kevull.MultiHeader.Core, remaining agnostic to the underlying Excel writer implementation.
