v3.6.0
The .ics calendar feed now places a timezone-pinned routine's events at the times it really fires, instead of evaluating its schedule in the host's zone.
Lock status now reports when each global lock sentinel appeared (shared_since, local_since, Unix seconds), so a lock that blocks routines can be dated (#1567).
Add moadim doctor: a one-shot local check that tmux and python3 are on PATH, that each agent config parses and its command resolves, and that the daemon is running. It prints one line per check and exits 1 if any check fails.
A timezone-pinned routine's next run time (next_run_at) is now computed in its own zone, so the UI shows when it really fires.
