Unexport error codes that were accidentally exported. I don't think it's possible that they could be useful for users (see modelcontextprotocol#535). Fixes modelcontextprotocol#535

Unexport error codes that were accidentally exported. I don't think it's possible that they could be useful for users (see #535).
