Ensure warnings are logged for all non-compliant responses to JSON-RPC notifications, including empty responses. Empty responses now display as "[empty]" in log messages for better clarity. Resolves modelcontextprotocol#586 Signed-off-by: Christian Tzolov <christian.tzolov@broadcom.com>
