Use web standard Request / Response in HTTP transport

The current Streamable HTTP transport implementation uses Node.js req/res, and I really hope there can be a version that uses the web standard Request/Response, so it can be deployed on more platforms.

Yeah it feels like a vibe code that it’s stuck using express based request / response.

I have to make conversion functions and a mess of code just to use with modern web frameworks.
