Fixes first-open slowness from 0.1.2 (extract of ~350MB dsh.asar during App construction) and stops shipping a giant asar that Windows Defender thrashing (Gemini CLI #19169 / Electron #29868).

Packaging change

• No dsh.asar. DSH ships as pruned real directory resources/dsh/ via extraResources.
• materializeDshRuntime is identity — UI no longer blocks on multi-hundred-MB extract.
• ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE children see real filesystem paths for natives.
• Follow-up: esbuild-bundle DSH JS into few files + native externals (Claude/Gemini pattern).
