• Skill operation previews — bl skill init, add, update, and remove now honor --dry-run, showing the planned Skills, Agents, and target paths without writing. Invalid requests retain the same failure status as real execution.
• Safer Skill cleanup — bl skill remove previews and executions now use the same managed-link discovery scope, recognize historical managed links, and recheck targets immediately before deletion to avoid removing changed or unmanaged content.
