Console login: Support --no-browser for manually opening the login URL and --token-stdin for importing and validating console credentials from standard input.
Agent attribution: Support declaring the calling Agent, Skill name and version; undeclared callers remain unknown.
Fixed
Login completion: Handle fast browser callbacks reliably and report a timeout when no credentials are received.
Credential refresh: Correct region selection and validate the retried request before saving refreshed credentials.
