Again, you will need to URL encode the values of the URL parameters. The value should be hlqBDyxSmDi%7EcOhWnnZvyuF%7EfpeY5Iab8HOfTfNa7jJyH495946McwZnlQckCKpVmOj%7EHGB_9vlEHwIEycuPp2JfFJqVUJRjc4eAyd8x9l8kWaD1s3OPfdICLJfbaAK. Can you take some screenshots of what errors you are seeing?

I see. You seem to be using a very old version of ModHeader selenium. Please use the latest one here and try again: https://github.com/modheader/modheader_selenium/blob/main/chrome-modheader/modheader.crx

And please use the new chrome extension id: jciacimpfapbkckkegdfngcnbdpabaoi. i.e., chrome-extension://jciacimpfapbkckkegdfngcnbdpabaoi/...
