New feature request (minimum server member time)

Have an option for a minimum server join time.  For example when a user first joins the server, they must wait a certain amount of time before they are able to message the modmail or else it sends this "You haven't been a member of the server for long enough to contact modmail"  I would really appreciate this since we use this modmail for a server of over 65k people.
