• disable lint-on-save in the Vue CLI consumer/core/other apps to avoid the eslint-webpack-plugin startup crash
• extend the shared Playwright base helpers/constants to handle alert capture and cross-host comparisons, and stringify/fallback remote fetch data
• update the Vue CLI E2E suite to remove the runAll aggregator, exercise the new helpers, and ensure the JSON code block assertions succeed
