Stable dependency maintenance release for @lubab/madar.

Changes

• Update gpt-tokenizer to 4.0.0 and web-tree-sitter to 0.27.0.
• Refresh Vite, Vitest, coverage tooling, YAML, Node.js types, and the Pages deployment action.
• Clear development dependency advisories with fast-uri 3.1.8 and Vitest 4.1.11.
• Update the retrieval test mock for current Node.js types and include the earlier stdio polling test fix.

Verification

All seven dependency PRs passed their Ubuntu/macOS/Windows, Node 20/22 CI matrices before merge. Local validation passed 204 test files and 2,804 tests, with 2 existing skips; typecheck/build, coverage, release hygiene, Registry metadata validation, packed retrieval parity, and a zero-vulnerability npm audit also passed. Disposable CLI checks verified version reporting, graph generation, and Claude/Codex install/uninstall. The same smoke checks also passed after a clean installation from public npm. Official MCP Registry publication completed and its API returned io.github.mohanagy/madar@0.32.2.

npm provenance was unavailable in the local publishing environment; the documented fallback was used. The generated CycloneDX SBOM is attached.
