Clock customization & true fullscreen

Changes

  • Added a Clock settings panel: switch between 24-hour and 12-hour time, toggle seconds, toggle the leading zero on the hour, and choose the date display (Full / Compact / Numeric / Off).
  • The home clock now shows your actual timezone name instead of a generic "Local timezone" label.
  • Reorganized Settings into balanced panels (General, Appearance, Clock, Notifications, Sound, Timer defaults).
  • Fixed F11 to perform true borderless fullscreen that covers the taskbar, with correct restore and proper scaling on high-DPI displays.
  • Updated app to 2.2.0.
