Find in chat (GitHub #52). Press Ctrl/Cmd+F in a chat, or use the new search button in its header, to search
that conversation. It shows "3 of 17", Enter (Shift+Enter goes back) or the up and down buttons jump between
matches, and Esc closes it. Matches are highlighted in place, phrases are found even where the text is bold, code or
otherwise formatted, new text that streams in is picked up, and it works on phones through the button. It searches
what is on screen, so open a collapsed thinking block to search inside it. A very common search counts up to 10,000
matches ("1 of 10000+").
Name a Code session when you start it. The launchpad has an optional "Session name" field. A name you give is
kept: the automatically generated title no longer replaces it after the first reply. Leave it empty and the session
is named after your task as before.
Changed
An open thinking block now grows with the reasoning instead of scrolling inside a small fixed box, so a fast
model's reasoning can be skimmed as it streams. Drag its bottom edge to set a size: it is remembered, shared by
every thinking block, and the newest text stays in view while it streams. It still starts collapsed, and the "hide
thinking" setting is unchanged.
Windows installer: a running TurboLLM gets about a minute to close, retried automatically, before the installer
asks you to close it. If it still can't, what the installer found running is written to %TEMP%\TurboLLM-installer-diagnostic.log.
Fixed
Windows: updating TurboLLM no longer stops at "TurboLLM cannot be closed" (GitHub #250). An update removes the
old version by first moving its files into a temporary folder, and a few files deep inside the bundled daemon ended
up with paths longer than Windows' 260-character limit there. The move failed on the same file every time, so the
update stopped even with nothing running, and Retry could never help. The installer now deletes that folder first,
with a delete that works past the limit; the update installs a fresh copy. A few files in the new version are still
that deep, so the file-copy step can still show the same message once; Retry there goes through.
Renaming a Code session before its first reply finishes now keeps your name. The automatically generated title
used to replace it when that first reply completed. Names are also kept to one line of at most 120 characters.
