Changes include:

  • Added views and stored procs to the Postgres sample database
  • Added a dockerfile to build a Postgres image with sample data
  • Updated prerequisites to give more options for MongoDB and PostgreSQL installation
  • General review and clean-up of lab steps
  • Added new steps for query converter and viewing migrated data
  • Made the TOC hierearchical
